Recognition and awards followed such efforts, and in 2021 these wines were awarded three silver medals at the Decanter Awards– for Chardonnay Sur Lie, Pinot Noir and Graševina – while the bronze award went to the Rhine Riesling.
In the same year the Kopjar Cuvee was awarded silver award at the London IWC, and awards were given to the Rhine Riesling and the Pinot Noir.
Kopjar’s 2019 and 2020 Sauvignon Blanc won two gold medals at the internationally renowned Concours Mondial du Sauvignon 2021, where it was compared with 1,120 samples from around the world.
Within the Kopjar Winery there is also a beautiful wine shop with a tasting room that receives visitors with prior appointments.
