Through multimedia and virtual technologies, visitors can get an insight into all stages of crop development /cultivation, tillage, fertilization, weed defense in an ecological way, harvesting and processing of fruits/. Certain processing stages can be directly seen in the facility. This allows the visitor to get a complete picture of the farm activity by closing the entire "From Field to Table" cycle.
In addition to insights into the processing and packaging of products, the "Eko Petrović" Presentation Centre will introduce visitors to the preparation and possibilities of combining pumpkin based foods using their own raw materials and products. Visitors will prepare and taste: pumpkin oil, pumpkin seeds with flavors (salty, chocolate, with pepper), "pogačice" with pumpkin flour, canapés with pumpkin spread, pumpkin oil combined with goat cheese, pumpkin seeds and wheat cake (Špancir cake).
